For we walk by faith and not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7
I believe in cheering for both teams.
I believe that we are all trying our very best.
I believe in savoring the talents of others, soaking up their expertise.
I believe in saying thank you, saying please, saying excuse me, and meaning it.
I believe in appreciating one another.
I believe in looking for the best in people, in circumstances, in adversity.
I believe in nature, in green, in fresh air.
I believe that childhood is precious and should be protected.
I believe that voices should be heard, loud ones and quiet ones.
I believe that tears and blood make us all equal.
I believe that love looks different.
I believe in talking with the intent to give and listening with the intent to receive.
I believe in schedules and maps.
I believe that there is evil, but there is also good. And the good is greater.
I believe in hugs.
I believe in getting outside.
I believe in “wash your hands”, “cover your cough” and “sneeze into your elbow”.
I believe in laughter, and community and face-to-face.
I believe everyone matters regardless of gender, race, age or lifestyle. A heart is a heart.
I believe everyone makes mistakes.
I believe in the center.
I believe in purple.
I believe people are hearts and minds and souls and spirits and not just demographics.
I believe in embracing what makes us the same and what makes us different.
I believe we are a reflection of light and love and peace and truth. We are a reflection of God.
I believe that we should all believe in things.
I believe in honesty.
I believe in patience.
I believe in humanity.
I believe in you.
